Red E. Fox Program & 911 for Kids

Red E. Fox is a program to educate children about 911. One of the most important things children need to know is what to do in an emergency. Davidson County 911 has a program called "911 for kids." This program was developed to help young children understand the importance of calling 911 for true emergencies.

What Kids Can Learn

Studies have shown that twenty percent of calls to 911 are "abandoned" calls, hang-ups and silence. Children make many of these calls. Emergency personnel must trace every abandoned call. "The Great 911 Adventure" decreases misuse. The materials are informative and educational and kids will benefit from this program.

"911 for Kids" will teach children, "When to Call, How to Call, What to Say." It is a powerful educational experience that is sure to make a positive impact on the young audience. For more information about the Red E. Fox program please call us at 336-242-2132 someone will get in touch with you.
