Career Center services include up-to-date information about today's job market, career and labor market information, education and training services, placement assistance and services for individuals with disabilities. While the NC Works Career Center in Lexington is part of a statewide and national initiative, location is designed to meet the specific need of the local community in Davidson County.

Staff Assistance & Claims

Staff from the NC Division of Workforce Solutions (DWS) are located at this site to help with re-employment services and special programs (Veteran Services, Trade, and Former Offender Imitative).

Unemployment benefit filing can be completed by going to the Division of Employment Security website. Other claims questions should be directed to the Raleigh office at 1-888-737-0259
